Morgan Wallen’s multi-genre lineup for 2027 Sand in My Boots Festival: Ella Langley, Kings of Leon, Gucci Mane and more

Morgan Wallen is bringing Sand in My Boots Festival back to the Alabama coast in 2027, with Kings of Leon and Ella Langley joining him as headliners for the three-day event. The festival, personally curated by Wallen in partnership with AEG Presents, will take place May 21-23 on the beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama, following its sold-out debut in 2025 and a yearlong hiatus in 2026.
The newly announced lineup features a diverse mix of country, rock, hip-hop and electronic music performers. Country artists include Koe Wetzel, Cole Swindell, Gavin Adcock, Midland, Avery Anna, Kameron Marlowe, Hudson Westbrook, Kashus Culpepper, Carter Faith, Corey Kent and Vincent Mason. Rock acts include Third Eye Blind, while the hip-hop lineup features Nelly, Flo Rida, Gucci Mane, Rick Ross, Juicy J, Project Pat and Ying Yang Twins. Electronic music performers Kygo, Empire of the Sun and Girl Talk are also scheduled to appear.
For Langley, the headlining position marks a significant step forward since her appearance at the festival’s inaugural edition in 2025. Her return comes amid the continued success of her hit single “Choosin’ Texas,” which has enjoyed an extended run at the top of the Billboard charts. Kings of Leon will also bring an extensive catalog to the festival, with the band preparing to release its 10th studio album, O My Beloved.
Wallen said he hopes to introduce new stage concepts and improve the overall experience for both performers and attendees. “One thing I’m looking forward to the most about bringing Sand In My Boots Festival back is being able to have new concepts on stage and trying to elevate the experience overall for the fans, myself, and other artists on the bill,” he said. “I think it’s going to be really top-notch and we’re going to try to do it even better this time.”
Festival passes are scheduled to go on sale Friday, Nov. 6, at 10 a.m. Central time. Additional details, including individual performance schedules, have not yet been announced. The event will also continue Wallen’s charitable efforts through the Morgan Wallen Foundation, which donated more than $200,000 worth of musical instruments to five Alabama schools following the 2025 festival. The foundation has contributed more than $2 million in instruments to schools in communities visited during Wallen’s U.S. tours.
