Hudson Westbrook shares his latest single ‘Backwards’

Hudson Westbrook is leaning into emotion with his latest release, “Backwards,” a song he’s already calling his “favorite song yet.” The rising country artist co-wrote the track alongside Nicolette Hayford, Reid Haughton, and Lukas Scott, with production handled by Scott and Ryan Youmans.

The release continues a steady rollout of new material for Westbrook, following his January EP Exclusive and the March single “Hey Dallas.” He’s currently back in the studio, working on even more music.

Beyond the studio, Westbrook’s career is gaining serious traction — he’s been checking off major milestones, including opening for George Strait at Texas Tech University’s Jones AT&T Stadium in his home state and making his debut at the Stagecoach festival.

On the road, Westbrook is touring across the country with Bailey Zimmerman on the Different Night, Same Rodeo tour, while also appearing on select dates with Morgan Wallen’s Still The Problem Tour, signaling a breakout year for the emerging artist.
